Alfred Esene is the visionary Founder and President of the World Mastery Innovation Hub (WMIH), a nonprofit initiative dedicated to helping individuals rise above limitation, reclaim their potential, and live with purpose. His leadership is not only grounded in personal transformation but is shaped by years of hands-on service, community engagement, and global influence.
Alfred’s journey began in a home shaped by entrepreneurial values, where hard work, generosity, and vision were everyday principles. But that life took a sudden and painful turn when a devastating fire claimed the life of his mother. Her death left an emotional and developmental void that reshaped his world. With a father engulfed in grief and responsibilities, Alfred faced life’s complexities alone and far too young.
Though he excelled academically, he struggled in silence, wrestling with identity, isolation, and internal uncertainty. Those early years were marked by deep personal challenges, but also by the quiet emergence of resilience. The turning point came through coaching and mentorship. Influenced by the teachings of the Legendary Jim Rohn and guided by a dedicated coach, Alfred discovered clarity, courage, and renewed confidence. That transformation didn’t just change his life, it awakened his mission: to help others rise from hardship, find direction, and build lives by design, not default.
From this calling, the World Mastery Innovation Hub was born, not merely as an organization, but as a global movement for restoration, growth, and purpose-driven leadership.
Beyond personal growth, Alfred has invested years serving diverse communities through nonprofit and grassroots leadership. At Age UK, he delivered person-centered services that spanned welfare rights, social care, housing, and benefits advice, handling everything from home visits to casework, volunteer mentorship, and public outreach. His work demonstrated not only a commitment to justice and dignity for the elderly but also a capacity to lead compassionate, effective service delivery.
In Canada, he extended that heart for service as a youth soccer coach with the Edmonton Minor Soccer Association, helping children develop teamwork, discipline, and confidence. He also served as Programs Director at the Centre for Intellectual Excellence (CeFie) for three years, and later as Event Director, spearheading transformative conferences that addressed global challenges and elevated community dialogue.
Under his leadership, CeFie hosted influential world figures, including Dr. Makaziwe Mandela, former Australian Prime Minister Hon. Julia Gillard, former Mexican President H.E. Felipe Calderón, Margaret Trudeau, and others, fostering urgent conversations on inclusivity, economic justice, and transformational leadership.
Alfred brings a unique blend of real-world experience, faith-based insight, and elite academic training to his leadership. He holds credentials from Cardiff University, Harvard Business School, Oxford University, and MIT. He is also a certified life coach, financial strategist, management consultant, project management expert, and Christian counselor, currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Christian Counseling to further his impact in emotional healing and relational intelligence.
Though his academic journey once led him to medical school, Alfred made a courageous pivot after realizing that the medical field, while noble, wasn’t aligned with his deeper purpose. With the help of his mentor and coach, he followed a new path, one rooted in transformation, clarity, and empowering others toward healing, purpose, and personal mastery.
Professionally, Alfred’s footprint spans the United Kingdom, Canada, and beyond. He has worked with organizations like the National Health Service (UK), the Government of Alberta, and leading financial institutions, these, roles helped him master the rare blend of strategic leadership and compassionate insight, enabling him to serve not only organizations, but also individuals, families, and communities navigating transformation.
As the Founder of ClarityQuest Solutions Inc., Alfred has helped countless people break free from cycles of confusion, fear, and stagnation, equipping them with actionable strategies for personal, professional, and spiritual growth.
